Training Courses

We always work either 1-1 or with groups from one organisation, and don’t offer public courses. Our work is always matched to the needs of the client after consultation, however we most commonly provide half-day, full-day and two-day courses in the following areas:

Stress Management Training
Anger Management Training (usually 1-1 via our sister company)

1-1 Coaching (for personal Well-being or Stress management)

Note: courses can be combined with other needs such as time management training, leadership training, communication training, confidence training and team building, as these needs are often related.
